Its been two weeks and now I'm getting calls, not only from the rent one in my town, but ALL the surrounding stores telling me I have a payment due when I never bought anything! Very displeased with the way this company handles information. Been called four times today alone, and three yeasterday
I went in to check out prices for furniture. Filled out an application and after hearing the price, I Decided I didn't want anything and left. Lady said she would throw away the application.
LAWERENCEVILLE IL store found me right charger for laptop cause when Robinson IL store picked up my stuff don't believe they paid much attention too what my electronic things were cause when I picked them up even though my stuff was on phone my black case was gone from my phone and they swore there was none I know there was and had cracked and chipped screen protector on it and it was gone and they told me there was none I know,my things not crazy .they did give me a different case though and when I added min too phone the phone company told me it was reported stolen took all day to get straighten out and get the mins I paid for to get phone back on .
Used rent one for years used Lawrenceville store forever then when Robinson store opened I'm using them for second time. But I like Lawrenceville better!

I have dealt with this company often in the past and trust them to do right by me. They did not have a lift chair in stock and had to order one which turned into a bit of an ordeal. Usually they have products in socks which makes things go smoother but I will continue business with Rent One as they continue to work with me.
